Consciously perceive the seasons and the natural changes of time and find peace and quiet. Slow down far away from everyday life and listen to the sounds of nature in a friendly community.
Forest bathing "Shinrin Yoku" has been a tradition in its country of origin, Japan, since the 1980s and promotes general well-being. Forest bathing can be a bridge between people and help them to socialise. Get to know new people in a natural environment and through a shared activity.
Together, we take a conscious stroll through the forest and experience the calming forest atmosphere with all our senses. We will do something for our mental and physical health through various relaxing sessions.
How do I prepare for the forest bath?
- Sturdy shoes
- Clothing suitable for the weather (layered look)
- Something to drink
- Spring-autumn if necessary. Insect repellent/tick protection

The path is gravelled and therefore suitable for walkers and wheelchairs. Route length 2x 500m.
Important information
Forest bathing takes place in all weathers, except in heavy rain, storms, thunderstorms, freezing rain, heavy snowfall and uncleared roads. Please leave your mobile phone number with me when you register so that I can contact you if the course cannot take place due to unsuitable weather or illness of the course leader.
