Final expansion in the Obere Brede starts

In the first stage, 640 metres of the "Obere Brede" road and 185 metres of the first section of Steinkühlerstraße will be upgraded with footpaths and cycle paths, designated parking spaces and lanes around 7 metres wide.

To this end, Obere Brede will be closed to through traffic from the junction with the "Grüner Weg" business park to the northern junction with Zünftestraße in the area of "L+K Hackelbörger GmbH" until probably mid-October. Diversions will be signposted. Residents have been informed separately.

First section with closures and diversions

In the course of the next construction phases, the traffic routing will be adapted and it will be possible to drive through the industrial estate again. The entire project is scheduled to last until April 2025.
