Beckum serves regional moments of pleasure

Whether as a gift or to enjoy yourself - from now on it's "Picknick3" in Beckum! As part of the project of the same name, lovingly packed boxes of flavours invite you to rediscover the culinary diversity of our region.

Realised jointly by Münsterland e.V., the BE-lebt association and the town of Beckum, the project combines enjoyment, sustainability and community in a smart wooden box.

The boxes produced by the Alexians in Münster are filled by BE-lebt with hand-picked specialities from the region. The result is a gift basket full of high-quality, regional products. In addition to pasta and fruit spreads, the box contains a fine tea towel and other seasonal treats for 45 euros.

"We have carefully selected the products for the picnic box and will also adapt them seasonally," explains Elisabeth Sprenker from the organisation team. "The contents of the box can also be supplemented with products from us at any time to meet individual needs," continues Sprenker.

Whether as a personal gift, as a present for business customers or as a sustainable alternative for special occasions - the picnic box not only brings enjoyment to the table, but also a piece of home. The project is therefore in tune with the times, as regionality and sustainable consumption are becoming increasingly important. The point of sale at BE- lebt makes the range easily accessible to the public.

The "Picknick³" project by Münsterland e. V. specifically promotes cooperation between regional producers, social organisations and local authorities. "With the launch in Beckum, we are setting an example for sustainable enjoyment and supporting our regional economy. We cordially invite all Beckum residents to discover the new picnic boxes and enjoy the diversity of our city and the region," says Nadine Richter from Stadtmarketing Beckum.
