How can Beckum become better? Do you have a complaint or an idea on how to organise the city? The Ideas and Complaints Management department forwards your small and large concerns quickly and easily. It offers short routes through a central contact person and opens up a further opportunity to make contact. This ensures standardised processing with short response times.

Since 15 December, the city of Beckum has been using new, more convenient software that is even easier for users to operate.

App and go!
The Meldoo app enables direct communication with the city of Beckum's departments and shortens internal channels. The notifiers are informed about the progress in the app. All reports are summarised on an overview map.

And this is how it works: register, take a photo, record the location and select one of 12 damage categories. Whether it's dumped rubbish, a faulty street lamp or a pothole: the reports are sent directly to the responsible employees.

The departments can also be contacted by email and telephone, and the app is an additional but very popular communication channel.
