For adults we are open from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 2 pm and for registered groups from 7 pm to 9 pm. During the school holidays, there is mainly a programme for children and young people and the following offers are suspended for this time.

Marktcafé - A really good breakfast

In the spirit of neighbourliness, sustainability and solidarity, the rooms and garden of the leisure centre are open to people of all ages at market time. Coffee, hot chocolate or tea and delicious waffles are available, as well as fresh bread rolls and eggs. The whole event is organised in cooperation with the Neubeckum Leisure Centre Development Association. Spend time together, chat, play cards and board games or find someone to help with the shopping - it's neighbourhood in action.

Lunch - Eating together

On Tuesdays you don't have to cook for yourself and you don't have to eat a snack on the go. At the leisure centre in Neubeckum, you can enjoy a delicious, warm dish at an unbeatable price.

Sewing Studio

Every 2nd and 4th Monday of the month from 16:30 to 20:30, the sewing studio is open to everyone aged eight and over. With your own sewing machine, you can make great things under the expert guidance of Andrea Böhm. Whether beginner or advanced, free tailoring or your own project - everyone is welcome here.

Self-defence for women

Every week on Thursdays from 18:00 to 19:00, women aged 12 and over learn and consolidate general self-defence techniques with trainer Ingo Bücker. In addition, everyday and individually experienced situations are played through and worked through as required. The training venue is the sports hall of the Friedrich-von-Bodelschwingh School in Neubeckum.

Senior citizens' meeting

A cosy get-together with coffee, tea, cake and cake galore. With changing themed afternoons, usually every month on the first Saturday from 14:00 to 17:00.

Dance group belly dance

Swing your hips on Thursdays. Girls aged 14 and over and women of all ages practise classical belly dance and modern belly dance with hip-hop elements from 19:00 to 20:00 in the Neubeckum leisure centre under the direction of Maria Tieu.

Senior dance group

On Wednesdays from 17:00 to 18:00, senior citizens dance in the dance room of the Neubeckum leisure centre under the direction of Maria Tieu.
