VHS presents new programme
Lectures, travelogues, time criticism, design, nutrition, exercise, language acquisition, vocational training: The Beckum-Wadersloh Adult Education Centre offers a full programme for anyone who wants to constantly broaden their horizons:
Travel reports on Greenland or Lake Victoria are just as much a part of the programme as events on the subject of disinformation. The study forum will focus on the founding year 1976.
The "Culture and Literature" section celebrates 250 years of E.T.A. Hoffmann and the beginning of Dadaism, one of the most complex and interesting literary movements. A new addition to the programme is a painting course with Birgit Rumpf. Sewing and creative courses round off the programme.
There are inspiring talks on the topic of health, healthy eating tips, fitness exercises, relaxation and stress management, as well as new courses such as a boxing workout. The division also offers Tai Chi Chuan, relaxation with singing bowls and disco fox at the weekend.
The foreign languages on the programme include English, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French, Chinese and even Münsterländisches Platt.
Courses on the iPad and iPhone, Libre Office (free version of Office) and computer writing are provided for professional development or the use of new technologies.
Integration courses, second-chance education and Fairtrade events round off the programme.
