Exemption from the helmet and seatbelt requirement

    Exemption from the obligation to wear a seatbelt and helmet can be granted by means of an exemption authorisation if this is absolutely necessary for health reasons.
    A medical certificate, which is part of the application form, must be submitted for this purpose.

    The exemption authorisation is issued free of charge.
