Sports facility occupancy

The City of Beckum maintains municipal sports halls and gymnasiums as well as outdoor sports facilities (fighting tracks and playing fields) - hereinafter referred to as sports facilities.

The sports facilities are available for regular use by Beckum schools, sports clubs and associations, further education institutions and other sports groups.

Die Nutzung ist schriftlich bei der Stadt Beckum zu beantragen. Hierfür verwenden Sie bitte den bereitgestellten Nutzungsantrag und senden diesen vollständig ausgefüllt per E-Mail bregula@beckum.de

Please note the following:

• The provision and use of the municipal sports halls and gymnasiums as well as the outdoor sports facilities (fighting tracks and playing fields) is governed by the statutes of the City of Beckum on the use of municipal sports facilities and the levying of usage fees dated 05.06.2019.
• Nutzungsanträge sind mindestens 2 Wochen vor gewünschtem Nutzungsbeginn zu stellen. Anträge auf vorrangige Berücksichtigung für zum Beispiel überregionale Veranstaltungen, Meisterschaftsspiele oder Turniere müssen der Stadt Beckum 3 Wochen vor Veranstaltungsbeginn schriftlich vorliegen.
• Should the use be requested for several sports facilities, please fill out one application per sports facility.
• Die Vergabe von außerschulischen Nutzungszeiten von montags bis freitags in den beiden Sporthallen und des Gymnastikraums des Berufskollegs des Kreises Warendorf sowie der Turnhalle der Astrid-Lindgren-Schule erfolgt durch die Stadt Beckum. Die Vergabe von Hallenzeiten bei Einzelveranstaltungen an Wochenenden übernimmt der Kreis Warendorf (E-Mail: nicole.franzke@kreis-warendorf.de).
• The gyms/sports halls are generally closed during the school holidays and reopen on the first school day after the holidays.
• Private use of the sports halls for individual events is not possible.
