    The specialist child and youth welfare service advises on adoption issues and conducts initial interviews.
    Further referrals are made to the district of Warendorf.
    Since 1 January 2005, there has been a joint adoption placement office in the district of Warendorf for the assessment and training of applicants and for the placement of adoptive children.
    The district youth welfare office in Warendorf is also available as a direct contact.
