Performance specification
The mayor congratulates all residents in writing on their 80th and 85th birthdays. In addition to the letter of congratulations, each birthday celebrant receives a city voucher. For 90th, 95th, 100th and all other birthdays, the mayor or his deputy congratulates them in person and presents them with a gift in addition to the letter of congratulations. The person in charge of the cultural office will contact the jubilarians or their relatives in advance by telephone or post to arrange the form, date, place and time.
