Performance specification
If a mentally ill person or a person suffering from an addiction poses a considerable danger to themselves or important legal interests of third parties, the regulatory authority can immediately place the person in a place of detention in the event of imminent danger.
Outside office hours, please contact the relevant control centres to initiate an inspection, either the Warendorf district police authority on 110 or the fire and rescue service on 112.
The aforementioned control centres will then contact the Law and Order Department and initiate an investigation.
