  • Performance specification

    Pests include rats. Rat control in public areas, along streams and in the sewerage system is carried out by a private pest control company on behalf of the City of Beckum.
    The obligation to control pests in private areas is generally the responsibility of the owner of the area.

  • Costs

    The pest control company will invoice the owner for the costs of occupying private property.
    The costs for the treatment of public areas are borne by the town of Beckum.
