Cancellation authorisations

  • Performance specification

Cancellation of third-party rights from municipal land registers or the cancellation of municipal rights from third-party land registers.

In certain cases, the City of Beckum secures itself in the land register of third parties. This occurs, for example, when laying municipal sewage pipes that run through private properties or when granting municipal loans to third parties. Building obligations, e.g. when purchasing a municipal property, are also secured in the form of a priority notice of redemption in the land register of the purchaser.
Conversely, it may be the case that pipelines run through municipal properties. The owners, e.g. the energy suppliers, secure their lines in the corresponding municipal land register.
Any cancellation of a right from a land register requires the written consent of the town of Beckum. A cancellation permit must be issued for this purpose.
