  • Performance specification

    If you require extended medical register information, you must demonstrate a legal or legitimate interest directly at the Citizens' Office. It is not possible to apply online. In addition to the data contained in the simple information from the population register (surname, first name, address, academic degrees), the following data is also included:

    • Date and place of birth
    • Former first names and surnames
    • Marital status (only indicate whether married or not)
    • Nationality
    • Former addresses
    • Legal representatives
    • Date and place of death
