Braille sticker for identity card

The Citizens' Office provides Braille stickers with the Braille symbol "ad" for blind and visually impaired people. The symbol stands for identity documents in cheque card format and makes it easier to recognise the documents.

The Braille stickers can be applied for informally when applying for an ID card. It is also possible to apply for already issued and still valid identity documents.

The Braille stickers can be used for the following documents:

• Identity card

• Electronic residence permit

• eID card
