Transfer of municipal buildings, rooms and outdoor facilities for non-dedicated and non-commercial use

The City of Beckum operates buildings, rooms and outdoor facilities as public facilities within the meaning of Section 8 (1) of the Municipal Code for the State of North Rhine-Westphalia. The facilities are primarily used for the purposes for which they are intended. In addition to the actual dedicated purpose, the public facilities are available for non-commercial cultural, social, societal, sporting, ecclesiastical, religious, political and other events in the public interest within the framework of the provisions of Directive 7/00.
