The housing benefit application office can be contacted by telephone (02521 29 5036) and in person at the following times: Mondays from 8.30 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. Tuesdays from 8.30 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. Thursdays from 8.30 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. Fridays from 8.30 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.
