Family portal is well received
One click to the right offer
The portal, which went live in February, already has well over 100 offers from 52 different organisations and institutions available at the click of a mouse. The most popular topics are self-help groups, citizens' allowance and childcare. The individual offers have been clicked on more than 3,300 times.
Parents and families can quickly find the right contact point on the family portal for topics such as pregnancy and birth, parenting, childcare, education, leisure, health, growing up or financial and legal support. And all this in 17 languages.
