New trees grow in competition with the children

The pupils at Roncalli School are delighted to have 4 newly planted trees in their schoolyard.

A white mulberry and 2 silver lime trees are growing in the front playground to provide shade. A maple-leaved plane tree now stands in the centre of the school playground. It replaces a beech tree that unfortunately could not be saved due to illness.

As soon as the planned extension work at the school has been completed, more trees will be planted on the site.
