Local elections and election of the integration council
Election notification letters are sent out
Anyone who has not received an election notification letter by 24 August but believes that they are entitled to vote should contact the Beckum Citizens' Office to clarify whether they have been entered on the electoral roll.
If you are unable to vote at a polling station, you should apply for a postal vote in good time for the local elections or for the integration council elections. There are various ways to do this. You will find postal voting applications on the back of the election notification letters. You can already apply for postal voting documents for a possible run-off election on 28 September 2025. Postal voting documents can be requested online or by email to buergerbuero@beckum.de, stating your full name, address and date of birth. In all cases, postal voting documents will be sent by post. They will be dispatched promptly.
From 18 August, it will also be possible to vote by post on site at the Volkhochschule Beckum Wadersloh, Antoniusstraße 5 - 7 in Room 6, and from 25 August at the Citizens' Office in Neubeckum Town Hall, Hauptstraße 52, on presentation of the election notification letter and your identity card, passport or ID card.
