Online certificate service

You have the option of registering with the Beckum registry office.

• Birth, marriage, civil partnership or death certificate or
• an certified extract from the register of births, marriages, civil partnerships or deaths, or
• Multilingual (international) birth, marriage and death certificates

to request online.

The prerequisite is that the civil status event in question occurred in Beckum and was notarised by the registry office.

Older documents are kept in the archives of the district of Warendorf and can be requested there.

In the process

• Birth certificates after 110 years,
• Marriage certificates after 80 years and
• Death certificates after 30 years

archived.

You must prove your identity for the online application. Please note that you must pay the fees directly during the application process. The fees can be found on the online form.

Please note that there may be a period of up to 10 working days between ordering and dispatch by post.

Attention (!) Orders for certificates that we receive from third-party providers (e.g. "standesamt24", "standesamt.com", "standesamt.online", "Antrag24.de") will not be processed. These are portals that do not co-operate with the Beckum registry office. Requests for certificates by e-mail are also not possible.
