The town of Beckum is selling 17 single-family house plots in this area

The plots for detached houses are allocated according to the criteria for the allocation of municipal plots. You can apply for a vacant plot at any time.

If you are interested in a plot of land for a detached house, you can apply using an application form. Required documents must be enclosed with the application - forms and important information can be found further down on this website.

Applications can be submitted by post or email(liegenschaften@beckum.de).
The purchase price for the single-family house plots is EUR 245.00 per square metre, including sewer connection and development charges. The sewer connection and development fees will be paid in the purchase contract.

In general, there is no legal entitlement to the allocation of a plot of land. If not all plots can be allocated on the basis of the allocation criteria, the City of Beckum must decide whether the plots are to be allocated elsewhere or put on hold.

Once the application has been received, all documents are reviewed and an assessment is made based on the award criteria. You will then be contacted automatically by the employees and receive feedback.


The town of Beckum is selling 12 semi-detached house plots for 6 semi-detached houses in this area

The plots can be purchased by private individuals, investors or property developers. The allocation criteria do not apply here and there is no obligation to use the land for your own use. You can apply for 2 semi-detached house plots (previously there were at least 4), but a maximum of 8 semi-detached house plots.

Applications can be submitted informally by post or e-mail(liegenschaften@beckum.de). Please provide your contact details and your preferred plots of land. If there are more applications than plots, the decision will be made by lot.

The purchase price is 225.00 euros per square metre, including sewer connection and development contributions. The sewer connection and development fees are paid in the purchase contract.

In general, there is no legal entitlement to the allocation of a plot of land. If not enough applications are received, the administration is free to decide on the utilisation of the plots.


General information:

A construction obligation of 2 years is stipulated in the purchase contract for all municipal properties.

Please note that the entire development area is supplied exclusively with so-called "cold local heating" via Energieversorgung Beckum (EVB), i.e. an independent, innovative heating system. There is a connection obligation, which is regulated by the property contracts.

Connection and supply costs are expressly not part of the purchase price or the purchase contract. All arrangements in this regard must be made exclusively with EVB. Please note that the town of Beckum cannot offer building advice. Please consult an architect, property developer, etc. if you have any questions about building feasibility. The development plan is available under "Development plan no. VE 10 "Kirchfeld".

  • Application procedure for single-family homes

    The single-family house plots are allocated within the framework of an application procedure. The allocation criteria for municipal residential plots must be applied.

    You can still apply for one of the properties mentioned.

    Desired properties can be named without obligation. An application form is available for your use.

    Only applications with complete details and supporting documents can be considered. The application must be handwritten and signed. Possible disadvantages of an incomplete application will be borne by the applicant. There is an obligation to provide truthful information in the application form. Any verifiably false information will automatically lead to exclusion from the further procedure. Please only submit copies of supporting documents. There is no legal entitlement to the allocation of a plot.
