Neubeckum courtyard and façade programme

Funding still available - cityscape already benefiting visibly

A total of 8 projects have been funded to date, and funding has already been approved for a further measure, which has yet to be implemented.

Over 30,000 euros in grants have been awarded through the programme to date. Accordingly, private investments of at least the same amount have also been initiated. The courtyard and façade programme is therefore already having a clear impact and making a visible contribution to the beautification of the cityscape.

Apply for funding now!

Funding is currently still available. Property owners in the subsidised area are therefore invited to continue to contact Neubeckum town centre management with their projects. "The funds are limited, so it pays to be quick!" say those responsible.

Interested parties can obtain non-binding advice. The city centre management team provides support in finding ideas, provides information on funding conditions and arranges a personal consultation appointment on request. If further advice is required, an architect is also available via the city centre management; the initial consultation is free of charge.

The courtyard and façade programme is part of the integrated urban development concept (ISEK) for Neubeckum and is being implemented with federal and state urban development funding. Funding is provided for façade painting, façade cleaning, lighting elements, as well as unsealing and greening measures. The prerequisite is that the property is located in the defined subsidised area, the measure has not yet been started and is visible from the public space. The grant amounts to up to 50 per cent of the eligible costs, up to a maximum of 6,000 euros per measure.

Funds are also still available in the town centre disposal fund. Anyone with ideas for Neubeckum can also submit an application to the town centre management. Each approved project will receive half of this up to 6,000 euros.
