Mayor congratulates seventh child

Good news for the Friesen couple from Beckum: Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier is the honorary godparent for the birth of their daughter Lilli. This is customary for the seventh child in a family.

Lydia and Cornelius Friesen collected the corresponding certificate directly from Mayor Michael Gerdhenrich. He warmly congratulated them on the honorary godparenthood and the new citizen of the world, along with his best wishes for the family. Lilli's siblings Hanna, Lea, Sara, Lena, Naemi and Joshua were also present.
