New opening hours at the Housing Benefit Office, the Housing Subsidies Office and the Building Regulations Office

All three offices are located in Beckum Town Hall, with the entrance on Alleestraße. The new opening hours ensure that the offices remain reliably accessible whilst also taking into account the consistently high volume of applications. They will initially apply for one year.

Here are the new opening hours: The Housing Benefit Office and the Housing Subsidy Office are open to the public on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8.30 am to 12.00 pm, and on Thursday afternoons from 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm. The Housing Benefit Application Office can be contacted by telephone every day except Wednesdays from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm on 02521 29-5036; the Housing Subsidies Office can be reached at the same times on 02521 29-5035. The Housing Benefit Office can be contacted by email at wohngeldstelle@beckum.de, and the Housing Subsidies Office at fiedler@beckum.de.

The Building Regulations Department can be contacted by telephone on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 09:30 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00 on the telephone numbers of the relevant contact person. Face-to-face meetings are possible by prior appointment.
