Burial sites are checked

The basis for this is the cemetery statutes. These stipulate that the authorised users must care for and maintain the gravesites. If unkempt gravesites are discovered, those responsible will receive a written request to repair the gravesite within a reasonable period of time.

The town of Beckum therefore asks relatives to check the condition of the gravesites in good time and to carry out any necessary maintenance work in good time.
