No forms will be recognised if they are provided to the applicant with a blank signature for completion. Similarly, no forms will be recognised if they are made available on the Internet without a signature and contain an addition stating that they were created by machine and would be valid even without a signature and seal. Such documents do not constitute a valid request within the meaning of Section 30a (2) BZRG, as they do not show that the requesting body (e.g. employer) has checked and confirmed the existence of the requirements in the individual case.
Although the Citizens' Registration Office is not obliged to check the content of the written request for accuracy, it is entitled to reject the application if a recognisably and obviously incorrect request is submitted. This also applies if it is clear from the written request that the employment is not subject to any special requirements for the protection of children and young people.
