Registration register information, simple

Anyone registered in Beckum has the right to receive written information about their own data stored in the residents' register free of charge.
However, third parties can also obtain information from the residents' register for a fee to a certain extent.

You can apply for information from the population register ONLINE. Payment can be made e.g. with PayPal and also only via the application.

You can obtain the following information about

• Family name
• First names with labelling of the common first name
• Doctoral degree
• Current addresses
• if the person is deceased, this fact

of a specific person. As a rule, we require at least three to four identifying features of the person you are looking for (e.g. first name, surname, date of birth, last address, gender) so that we can provide you with information.

The provision of information from the population register is only permitted if the requesting organisation declares that the requested information data will not be used for advertising or address trading.

The fee is 11 euros per request for information from the current population register, even if your request for information is unsuccessful. The current population register contains the data of residents who are registered in Beckum or who have not moved or died for more than five years.
