The last vacant plots in the building area "Vellerner Straße" will be awarded within the framework of an application procedure. For this purpose, the allocation guidelines are applied, which were determined in the Main, Finance and Digital Committee. Points are awarded, for example, for children, care levels, disabilities, place of residence and work or the exercise of an honorary office.
The purchase price is 220 euros per square metre. This includes sewer connection fees, development fees and cost reimbursement amounts.
