Innovation impulses for HR managers

The world of work is undergoing radical change. Generation Z is demanding new working models, skilled labour is scarce and the economic situation remains tense. For HR managers, this means that flexibility and the ability to innovate are more in demand than ever. But how can the balancing act between rapid implementation and a well thought-out strategy be mastered?

The agile innovation method Lean Startup offers a possible answer. Instead of focussing on lengthy concepts, Lean Startup is about testing ideas quickly and practically - in a way that saves resources and is effective.

The business development agencies Ahlen, Ennigerloh and Beckum are therefore inviting you to a compact online session with innovation manager Sabrina Nöhmke on 12 June at 10 am. In just 30 minutes, she will show how Lean Startup can be used specifically in HR, whether for innovative recruiting strategies, modern employee development or agile change processes. Afterwards, there will be an opportunity to exchange ideas and ask individual questions.
